From garden to plate: Wildlife-friendly food

OPEN 8.30 AM-4PM - 7 days per week

Our team at Gorse Cafe are passionate about great food. We prepare almost everything from scratch, from the ham in the sandwiches to the jam in our brownies. We use fresh, wildlife-friendly produce from Tomnah’a Market Garden (on our sunny hill) to craft a delicious array of homemade lunches and treats: cakes, pastries, salads, soups, pies, and more. Much of our produce comes from local suppliers such as David Comrie and Sons
butchers and Wild Hearth Bakery, and we use organic milk refills from Mossgiel Farm.

Oh, and did we mention our excellent barista coffee and tea?

Everything is made with love and care, catering to all dietary needs, including options for those avoiding meat, gluten, or lactose. It is important to note that our kitchen is small, and although every effort is made to minimise cross contamination, we cannot guarantee items to be allergen free.

We have an indoor area and covered outdoor areas, no reservations are needed—just drop by and indulge!

We can’t wait to welcome you!
