Looking for a fun, busy, and genuinely rewarding seasonal gig in a beautiful spot? We are gearing up for an awesome season, and we're looking for friendly, enthusiastic folk to join our team. While we all work hard, we also have a lot of fun together!

We're hiring happy faces and hard workers for our 2026 Season, running from April 1st right through to October 30th across Gorse Café, Reception/Farmshop, and our Housekeeping Team. Ideally you’d be available for the whole season, but we’re happy to discuss!

Available Roles (Part-Time and Full-Time)

1. Gorse Café Team Member (Front of House, Back of House, Baristas & KPs)

Are you passionate about food, drink, and delivering a fantastic customer experience? We're looking for versatile staff to join the busy Gorse Café team. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, covering roles from welcoming and serving customers (Front of House), preparing basic dishes and ensuring smooth operations (Back of House), crafting perfect coffees (Barista), and keeping the kitchen spotless (Kitchen Porter).

2. Reception & Farmshop Team Member

You'll be the Face of Comrie Croft and are setting the tone for the experience that follows! We are looking for people-persons to help our busy reception and Farm Shop. Your role will be varied: serving customers in the Farmshop, checking-in/welcoming guests, taking bookings over the phone and via e-mail, answering questions, and liaising with other teams around the Croft such as Campsite, Weddings, and Housekeeping.

Ideally, you are a people person who likes to have a chat, is passionate about hospitality, and has lots of initiative.

3. Heroic Housekeeping Team Member

We’re looking for experienced part-time members for our essential housekeeping team. You'll ensure our accommodation is sparkling clean and ready to welcome our guests, playing a vital role in the comfort and satisfaction of everyone staying at the Croft. We pride ourselves on consistently getting 5 star reviews.

While prior experience is preferred for some roles, it's definitely not a deal-breaker for the right person. We provide full training for all roles - all we need is a can-do attitude, initiative  and a willingness to learn the ropes.
