Will you be riding your own bike or do you plan to hire a bike from us?

Fitness and Technical Riding Ability

e.g. I can ride my bike for 4 hours a day with 500m of uphill and am comfortable on 'Blue' graded terrain. If you are not sure then please do not worry we can help you with this.
