Combruith - exclusive use group accommodation in the village

Combruith is our new accommodation in the village of Comrie itself. It provides simple, low cost group accommodation for up to 46 people, together with a self-catering kitchen, large lounge, table-tennis room and a small games barn. Outside there is a pleasant south-facing garden - great for a barbeque. Combruith has a scenic riverside setting (good for paddling and swimming in fine weather) with walks along the river from the doorstep. It is also convenient, with most village amenities about 1 minute walk away (shops, pub, fish and chip shop etc.). There is plenty of free parking immediately opposite, including space for a coach.

Combruith was built as a kind of social club for first world war veterans and in more recent times was run by Urban Saints Scotland as a centre for residential youth trips. Comrie Croft has taken on Combruith from July 2011. We are very excited about Combruith, which is a beautiful old building with lots of character. We are investing love and money in it over winter 2011/12 to give it a new lease of life and welcome all feedback from guests on what we should prioritise.

Prices for exclusive use hire of Combruith are based on a minimum of 30 people. At weekends the minimum stay is 2 nights (these conditions are negotiable in the low season and for late availability).
